Yarn Production Process
Our yarn production process covers four key stages: fiber opening and blending, carding, drawing, and yarn formation. Through systematic fiber preparation and precise drafting control, we ensure uniform fiber blending, stable sliver quality, reliable yarn strength, and consistent quality across every production batch.
Core preparation
From opened fiber to stable spinning quality.
Each production batch starts with raw material preparation, controlled blending, and fiber cleaning. This early stage helps create the foundation for consistent yarn strength, evenness, and hand feel.
Fiber Opening & Blending
Raw materials such as cotton, polyester, viscose, wool, or blended fibers are opened, loosened, and mixed through the blowroom system. This process helps separate compressed fiber bundles, remove part of the impurities and short fibers, and prepare a more uniform fiber feed for the next stage.
Carding
The opened fibers are further processed by carding machines, where the fibers are separated, straightened, and arranged more evenly. This step helps reduce neps, impurities, and fiber entanglement, while forming continuous slivers for the following process.
Drawing & Drafting
Multiple slivers are combined and drafted through drawing frames to improve fiber parallelization and sliver evenness. This stage is essential for enhancing blending consistency, yarn stability, and overall quality uniformity.
Yarn Formation
The prepared slivers are further drafted and twisted through spinning equipment to form yarn with the required count, twist, strength, and hand feel. The finished yarn can then be used for weaving, knitting, or further textile processing.

1. Xinjiang Cotton
Xinjiang cotton is known for its good fiber quality, soft hand feel, and stable performance. It helps improve yarn comfort, breathability, and natural touch, making it suitable for textile products that require softness and wearability.
2. Polyester Fiber
Polyester fiber offers strength, durability, and good shape retention. It can help improve yarn wear resistance, dimensional stability, and cost efficiency. We provide three grades of polyester fiber for customers to choose from during product customization, allowing flexible adjustment based on performance requirements and target price.
